“To empower women through education, economic independence and self-sustaining opportunities”
We aim to empower women, recognizing their crucial and diverse role in building strong and vibrant communities. We actively reach out to women and girls who have not had the opportunity for formal education. Many of these women were married at an early age and some are mothers, but they still aspire to gain the knowledge they missed due to family and financial constraints. We believe that education is key to self-reliance and independence, so we provide basic educational programs that lay the foundation for them to lead respectful lives. In addition to education, we offer skill workshops that enable them to significantly contribute to their family's financial well-being. Through these initiatives, we empower them not only to acquire knowledge but also to develop practical skills that enable them to chart their own path towards self-sufficiency.
We have started vocational classes to provide training in skills such as Sillai-Kadai, cooking and life skills. Wherein over 500 women taken basic education and vocational training at QFK Public School and skill center. As the demand for such skills growing regularly, we are actively working to introduce additional skills, aiming to enhance their financial stability and empower more women through diverse vocational opportunities.
Our unwavering support extends beyond the classroom, as we stand by these women in their journey to secure sustainable livelihoods. By promoting economic independence, we not only transform individual lives while grooming them but also strengthen the entire community's ability to adapt and grow. Through our dedicated efforts in women's empowerment, we aim to create a wave of positive change that extends across generations, nurturing a more equitable and prosperous society for all.
